You agree to provide accurate registration information, including without limitation your correct date of birth. You agree to inform us of any changes in such details; You are the person whose details are provided in connection with your registration. In case of illegal operations all bets of such a client are considered to be lost and the official investigation starts. All complains relating with bets results are accepted during 10-days period after the event finishes. The final decision is the Bookmaker's side only. If at any point we find out that any one individual is operating or has access to more than one account, we reserve the right to close such related accounts without notice. POSTPONED MATCHWhen a match is cancelled or postponed, the odds of that particular match turns to 1. For example, if a player stakes on a match with N1, 000 he gets his N1, 000 in return. For accumulators, the other matches are calculated and winnings paid.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes & WinningsMinimum stake amount is N100 Naira and Maximum winnings shall be N8, 000,000 per individual per day.All bets on a match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes play will be void unless the match is rearranged and played on the same date (local time) or stated otherwise in the rules, except for bets on any markets that have been unconditionally determined. If the game does not take place as scheduled and is not played in the same date (local time) all bets are void. The exception is if we advertise an incorrect kick-off time. If a match venue is changed then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed then bets placed based on the original listing will be void. 9japredict has the right not to accept bets from client, who does not agree to our rules and regulations. Bets are accepted until the kick-off time is published. If a bet is accepted for a match after its kick-off time, the bet will be considered to be void. The exclusion of this rule should be made for "live betting", when one makes bets after the match starts is possible. Live events bets are considered to be valid if they were made before the end of the match and void if there is a time lag of over 20 seconds between the time of the actual match and the time on our system, this could be caused by system failure. All bets placed are final and cannot be changed or edited once they are submitted to our servers. Withdrawals are usually processed within 24hours or more . That means if you place a withdrawal request on Monday, you are expected to receive it on Tuesday. The maximum amount you can withdraw at a time is Five Hundred Thousand Naira. Also, you cannot deposit funds into your 9japredict account and decide to withdraw it. You can only withdraw from your winnings . We implore punters to place bets with their deposits and withdraw from the winnings i.e you cannot withdraw any amount of money you have not won. Any withdrawal made under such circumstance would be reversed back to the 9japredict account. ERRORSYou must inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors with respect to Your Account or any calculations with respect to any bet or wager you have placed or any currency conversion. In the event of such error or any system failure or game error (a divergence from the normal functioning of the game logic for whatever reason) that results in an error in any odds calculation, charges, fees, rake, bonuses or payout, or any currency conversion as applicable, ('Error') We will seek to place all parties directly affected by such Error in the position they were in before the Error occurred. We reserve the right to declare null and void any wagers or bets that were the subject of such Error and to take any money from Your Account relating to the relevant bets or wagers, if there are insufficient funds in Your Account, We may demand that You pay Us the relevant outstanding amount relating to these bets or wagers. It is illegal to use and/or abuse an error or an instance of incompleteness on the Client application, and/or in any of the Software and/or Services provided by 9JAPREDICT. Should the customer detect or become aware of such an error or incompleteness, they shall:
1.0. General Rules1.1 Odds and Types of Bets: The house will make available sports events and the odds per outcome of as many sports events as possible. If the outcome of market can’t be verified officially, we reserve the right to delay settlement until official confirmation. If markets were offered when the outcome was already known, we reserve the right to void any betting.In the case of a match reported to be under suspicion of any manipulation by our Fraud Detection System, we reserve the right to void any market In the case of any obviously incorrect displayed or calculated prices, we reserve the right to void betting. In the case of an incorrect settlement of markets, we reserve the right to correct them anytime. In the case of the general implied rules of a sport being violated, we reserve the right to void any market (e.g. unusual period length, counting procedure, format of a match …). In the case of the rules or format of a match differing from our implied information, we reserve the right to void any market. 1.2 Accumulators: The player can accumulate events for higher returns. What this means is that if we offer Arsenal to beat Chelsea at 2.5 for the first match and we offer Manchester United to beat Liverpool at 2.0 in another match, the player can combine the two matches. If he backs Arsenal and Manchester United, his odds will be multiplied. In this case, his odds become 2.5 multiplied by 2.0 which gives us 5.0. So if a customer stakes N1,000 his expected returns will be N5,000. The danger here is that if he loses one of the matches, the entire accumulator is lost. There is no limit to the number of matches a customer can accumulate. 1.3 Odds Change: The house can decide to change the odds of an event without notice. However, if a player had staked before the change, his return will be based on the old odds. For example, if a player stakes on a match with N1,000 he gets his N1,000 in return. For accumulators, the other matches are calculated and winnings paid. - If a match is abandoned and will be replayed beginning from the first minute, the match is cancelled and a new match ID will be generated. - If a match is abandoned and will be finished, the match ID remains the same. - If a match is postponed and there is a rearranged date within 48 hours, the date will be changed and the match ID remains the same. -If a match is postponed and the rearranged date isn’t within 48 hours, the match will be cancelled and a new match ID will be generated. 1.5 Duration: Bets on football are valid for 90 minutes and injury time only. Extra time and penalties do not count. 1.6 Rights: We have the right not to accept bets from the client, who does not agree to our rules. Only customers that are 18 years old and above can stake with us. When we have doubts about a customer's age, we will demand for a proof of age. 1.7 Minimum and Maximum Stakes & Winnings: Minimum stake amount is 100 Naira and Maximum winnings shall be N8,000,000. This means all winnings above N 8,000,000 will be rounded down to N 8,000,000 for similar bets on different slips. 1.8 Bet Validity: Bets are accepted until the kick-off time is advertised. If a bet is accepted for a match after its kick-off time, the bet will be considered to be void. The exclusion of this rule should be made for "live betting", when one makes bets after the match starts is possible. Live events bets are considered to be valid if they were made before the end of the match. All bets placed are final. Customers cannot cancel their stakes after submitting their bets 1.9 Withdrawals & Deposit: Withdrawals take a maximum of two working days to be completed. That means if you place a withdrawal request on a working Monday, you are expected to receive it by Wednesday. If you place it on a Friday, you are expected to receive it on Tuesday. The maximum amount you can withdraw at a time is Two Hundred Thousand Naira. Please note that the name you registered with on 9JAPREDICT must correspond with the name of the bank account you are withdrawing into. Lastly in an effort to give our esteemed customers daily access to their funds, we offer free daily pay outs i.e winnings can be withdrawn once daily at no extra cost. Also, you cannot deposit funds into your On 9JAPREDICT account and decide to withdraw it.
